Teacher appreciation!

Calling all 5th and 6th graders…..Want to show your appreciation to the Nathan Hale Staff
members who help support you throughout the year? How about helping out at a car wash!
The Hale PTA is sponsoring a staff car wash as part of our appreciation week and we would like
you to help us! The date for this is Wednesday May 9th after school until 5:00.

Book Fair/Art Fair/Ice Cream Social

The Nathan Hale PTA will be hosting a Book Fair (we have hundreds of books for the entire family), Art Fair
(Nathan Hale students artwork will be displayed for all to view), and Ice Cream Social (Yummy!) on Tuesday,
May 1, 2012
6:00 – 8:00 pm Book Sale, Art Fair & Ice Cream Social
6:30 pm PTA Meeting (Election 2012-2013 Executive Board)
Books at the Book Fair will be Buy One Get One Free
Create Your Own Ice Cream Sundae $1 & water bottle 25¢
Don’t forget to bring the entire family; grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, etc… all are invited.

The nominating committee submitted the following nominations for the officers of the Nathan Hale PTA for the 2012-2013 school year.

The General Membership meeting will take place at 6:30pm on May 1st.  Voting for the executive board will happen at that time.

Reflect on the theme.  Create an original work.  Be recognized.

Your child can unleash their artistic talent through one of the following channels: dance choreography, musical composition, photography, film production, literature or visual arts!  A copy of the entry form is due October 18, 2011 – Projects are due by November 4, 2011.
